One of our best tips to create a unique and impactful display is layering.  Layering allows you to add depth and interest without a huge impact on cost.  Plus, the beauty of this is that you can do it with everything- colors, textures, materials…

In this case, we used different patterns and shapes and installed the pieces at different angles and even overlapped them in places.These simple tricks take an otherwise simple printed butterfly and make something beautiful.

What we love about layering is that it’s a great way to repurpose pieces from season to season. As an example, these butterflies would make an excellent addition to a Mother’s Day display, mixing them with something floral. Or you could change up the backdrop and extend the life of a promotion, while still giving your space a refresh.
