Keep Our Workflow Moving – Join Ace Designs as a Material Handler!

Are you organized, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced creative environment? We’re looking for a Material Handler to join our team in Bristol, PA!

Behind every great display we build is a team of hardworking people who make it all happen—and that’s where you come in.

Key Duties:

Receive & Store materials, inspect deliveries, and complete required paperwork
Load & Unload trucks and shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and by hand
Organize Inventory and ensure materials are available when needed
Track & Record inventory movements and documentation
Operate Equipment like forklifts, hand trucks, and our box/glue machines
Assist Shipping Team by packing displays and handling materials on the line
Move & Clean Up recycling bales and dumpsters using forklifts
Keep Safety First by following all procedures and protocols
Communicate with the team to keep everything moving efficiently

You’ll Be a Great Fit, if you:

- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Reliable transportation to get to our Bristol, PA facility
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Familiarity with safety practices and warehouse environments
- Forklift certification is a plus (but we’ll train you on-site if needed!)
- Bonus: Experience with large format digital print materials
