What You'll be Doing

Key Duties:
  • Operate CNC routers to cut and shape materials according to precise specifications
  • Perform machine maintenance, setup, and tool changes
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements accurately
  • Work with both wood and plastic materials to produce custom components
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Collaborate with a team to meet project timelines and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience operating CNC routers in a woodworking or plastics environment
  • Familiarity with CNC maintenance, calibration, and tool changes
  • Strong understanding of production environments and time management
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a fast-moving shop
  • Ambitious, organized, and mechanically inclined
Hours: Monday-Friday
1st Shift 8 am-5 pm, 2nd Shift 6 pm-2 am
